Baby Bracelet

A cute little baby bracelet by Richard

Beautiful Simplicity

When it comes to Jewelry Richard really enjoys doing complicated and ellaborate designs. Lately we have finally convinced him to simplify his designs and I really like some of the stuff he has come out with. Here are a few...

ID Holders

Inspired by the hospital staff having to wear around IDs Richard started making ID holders. Here are the first two...

Birthday Party Invitations

Sure it is simple but I love it and Halie was sooo excited.

Halloween Party Invitations

For weeks Richard has been saying he wanted to make invitations for a Halloween Party we are holding. Finally tonight we decided we had better get them done and so we came home, pulled out my new Halloween stamps and had a little fun. Here is what we came up with...

I almost forgot

Here is the latest layout I turned it. Simple, but I like it!

I think my favorite part of this layout was sewing on the pumpkins with the green ribbon and tying it into a bow at top. I also like how Ben's October photo was "hung" with ribbbon like a photo on a wall.

Fruits of my Labor

I started with a "naked" chipboard album like this....

and did this...

It doesn't look like I did much but covered and cutting out the front and back of all those letter took quite a bit of time. I am anxious now to get it all finished and will be sure to post it once I have. Wish me luck! :)

Crop Night

Kayla has been trying to get me to sign up for the crop night for a couple weeks now but I really wasn't sure whether or not I wanted to spend 6 hours on a Saturday night scrapbooking. I was especially nervous since I am a "come and go" scrapper and have been known to hang layout on my wall for a couple days before figuring out what was the last element it needed.

Anyways Saturday came and she had her mom call me and convince me to go with her and really I ended up having a good time and getting a lot of work done on a mini album.

Here are the pictures...

Older Work

For those of you who never got to see these. Here is two layouts I did last year for Ben's book.

My Own Little Corner

This is the reason why we have two tables in our dining room....

I love being able to put down an idea and edit it for a couple of days trying to make it just right. Its a good thing that I have such an understanding hubby. :)

Christmas Layout

I love how this Christmas Layout turned out....

I kept it really simple to emphasize the beautiful paper. I did...
  • Trim the paper in and mount it on Red to make it POP
  • Glitter on the snow to make it sparkle (sorry it didn't show up in the picture)
  • Clear stamp for journaling square
  • Black cardstock and knife to create my own "Santa" title (no Cricut here)

Getting the Gig

Here is the layout I did to get on the design team for the Craft Garden...
